How easy (or not) was it to shuck?
MODERATE
The shell has some ridges and a firm hinge. A steady shuck and a little patience do the trick.

BOUGEE’S TAKE
Bright, clean and oh-so elegant. Luck Lime is the little black dress of oysters; always a good idea. Delicate finish with just the right finish with just the right kiss of salinity. I could have a dozen… but never would (calorie conscious darling).
BRINE’S TAKE
Super clean with a crisp snap of salt air. Easy drinker and perfect with a cold one. This oyster makes you want another… and another. My kind of shell.
